From Togo in West Africa, arrived in Japan in 1989 as a chef of Belgian embassy. Since 1994 has performed his profession in several French restaurants such as André Pachon, Philippe Batton and Hotel de Mikuni, and specialized in rotisserie after graduating from “Leon LA BROCHE” in 1994, rotisserie trainee school in Paris. Established his company ROTIFRANCE Co,Ltd. in 1998, representing famous brands as Rotisol, Morice and Lactavia.
Making good use of his BPH (Brevet Professional Hotelier) and his experiences for restaurant business, decided to have his first own one, “Yves Terrace”, and sencondly “Oncle Yves” which both receive customers with his high sense of hospitality. Yves is a member of the “Chaine des Rotisseurs”.
